From Valencia to Teruel Xpress Deluxe Tour.

Hello, I’m Rafa Payá!

Here comes the Xpress Deluxe Tour from Valencia to Teruel, a deluxe edition of this type of experience. When planning activities, restaurants, and hotels on a tour, the organizers usually take costs into account to ensure the final price doesn’t skyrocket. But why not seek out experiences, activities, hotels, and restaurants without worrying about the price for once?

Who’s afraid? This is Toro Biker’s first proposal that combines the “Xpress” and “Deluxe” concepts. Come on in and enjoy! We’ll pick up the motorcycles on Friday afternoon and take a leisurely ride to Mora de Rubielos, where we’ll have dinner and stay in a hotel that pays tribute to truffles in every aspect. If you want to enjoy the spa and massages offered by the hotel, don’t hesitate. It’s included GO FOR IT!

On the first full day, we’ll spend our time among the curves of the famous “Silent Route.” It’s a recently introduced experience in our region that has already earned a well-deserved place among the best routes. We’ll stop for lunch in Ejulve, right in the heart of Aragón, to savor a home-cooked meal that’s cared for down to the smallest detail.

Once again, on winding roads, we’ll reach the very center of Teruel, where we’ll stay in an old Marquesal Palace, whose restaurant is a cathedral of local gastronomy. There won’t be a sense left unpleased. If your body craves it after so many emotions, you also have the option to enjoy a massage here.

On the last day, we’ll take a pleasant route that will lead us to the heart of the Albufera Natural Park, where you’ll savor authentic Valencian paella on a traditional boat, enjoying the luxury of tranquility and fine dining at the same time.

I hope that when you return home from this Xpress Deluxe Tour from Valencia to Teruel, you’ll have the feeling of having lived a truly original experience and that all the gastronomic delights have pleased your palate. If that’s the case, I’ll consider the tour a success.

Motorcycle tours valencia, an unforgettable experience

Valencia, the land of flowers and festivals, is one of the largest and most important cities in Spain, and also one of the liveliest. Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, you'll find beaches right in the heart of the city. Valencia boasts a rich cultural and historical heritage, with one of the most extensive historic districts on the Iberian Peninsula, making it one of the most visited cities in Spain.

Strolling through its streets and enjoying the numerous possibilities the capital offers is an experience where time can easily slip away. If, after that, you start feeling hungry, it's the perfect time to try Spain's most famous dish right where it originated—the Valencian Paella.

Valencia is the city where ToroBiker, our headquarters, is located, and it serves as the starting point for many of our motorcycle journeys.

Some curiosities about Valencia

Las Fallas

It is one of the most important festivals in Valencia and without a doubt the most recognized internationally, but do you know what its origin is? The Fallas of Valencia began because the carpenters in the area piled up pieces of wood that they could not use for anything and on the eve of Saint Joseph they burned the mountain

Paella is not food

Paella is an almost sacred element of Valencian culture and extremely appreciated nationally and internationally. However, originally it was referred to as “paella rice” and not just plain paella. Because? Because the paella is, in reality, that very large, shallow pan with two handles that we now call a “paella pan”. In order to learn curiosities about Valencia and paella, you should visit the Valencian lagoon. In the rural areas near the Albufera is where paella rice emerged, a simple and humble dish that was prepared with the ingredients that were available from the fields and orchards, for example, vegetables and rabbits.

It has the largest aquarium in Europe

Are you a water lover? If you love knowing and observing all kinds of aquatic creatures, without a doubt the Valencia Oceanographic Center is a mandatory stop for you. With more than 100,000 square meters that house up to 500 different species, the Valencia Oceanographic Center is positioned as the largest in all of Europe. Among other curious species, you can see the only beluga family on the entire continent that lives in an aquarium.

2Teruel

It is located just 10 km from the city. Nature in its purest form, dreamy sunsets, boat rides and disconnection in capital letters. Like an urban oasis surrounded by rice fields and forest: that is the L'Albufera Natural Park for everyone who knows it. Visit it if you want to understand the origin of Valencian gastronomy, because can there be a better reason to visit it than to know that it is exactly the place where paella was invented? Discover all the water birds, the vegetation and live like a true local fisherman on the largest lake in Spain. A boat ride in La Albufera is the best way to get closer to the birdlife, and also to relax in this wonderful natural environment. At dusk, the reddish and golden tones of the setting sun give it a truly magical atmosphere. The main attraction is the large freshwater lake of more than 2,800 hectares, the largest in Spain, which gives its name to the park: l'Albufera. Birds of up to 300 different species take refuge here throughout the year, especially aquatic birds that spend the winter here, such as flamingos. In fact, L'Albufera is recognized as one of the Ramsar wetlands of international importance, and since 1994, as a special protection area for birds (SPA).

Meet our guide

Rafa
The passion for motorcycles runs in my DNA, as my entire family has had, enjoyed, and traveled on motorcycles for as long as my grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, and cousins can remember. That’s why riding a motorcycle is something natural for me, much more than a luxury or a whim; it’s a way of life and, of course, a way to experience travel. From the very beginning, I’ve been involved in advocating for the rights of bikers at a time when nobody paid attention to us. I gave voice to our demands for years on the first radio program in Spain dedicated exclusively to the world of two wheels, “100% Moto.” I enjoyed being the director and host of the program, and it was during this time that I began organizing trips, weekend routes, and local and national demonstrations. These were the years of motorcycling advocacy. As far back as I can remember, I’ve enjoyed organizing routes for friends, whether for just a day (a ride, lunch, and back home) or longer trips. I’ve always dedicated my efforts to paying attention to every detail of the journey so that those who accompanied me could fully enjoy the experience without worrying about anything other than riding. With this approach to trip organization, I naturally took over the “Route Planning Department” at Toro Biker, something that, for me, is more than a job; it’s a passion. With the clear goal of creating unique experiences that clearly stand out from conventional trips, which I don’t particularly like, we have created this unique space to share our experiences, our way of seeing and feeling motorcycles, and above all, our way of living our travels. For us, hitting the road, staying at a hotel, and moving on the next day is not traveling; it’s almost a waste of time. Toro Biker wants to feel every kilometer of the road, enjoy every landscape, stop to chat with the people who inhabit the places we visit, learn from them, listen to their stories, and share with them, even if only for a short time, their way of life. That, for Toro Biker, is how we turn a trip into a unique experience. This is ultimately the energy that drives us to carry forward this project: Toro Biker. Bike is life. view more
