Tour Description
Hi, I’m Rafa Payá, biker and the mind behind the routes at Toro Biker.
This time, I wanted to create a ride that gives you the very best of our roads, our gastronomy, and our culture, any time of the year.
For that, I designed every route to be circular, with Valencia as both the starting and finishing point.
Everything I offer you on this experience, I’ve lived myself. Every curve, every hidden corner, every restaurant has left me with unforgettable memories that I now want to share with you.
Get ready to taste an amazing all i pebre in the port of Catarroja, be enchanted by a restaurant with a view of the Oceanogràfic, and enjoy grilled meats in a charming inland village.
With the help of an expert chef, you won’t just eat an authentic Valencian paella — you’ll learn to cook it yourself. So… how are your cooking skills? Dare to try?
Of course, the soul of this tour is the thrilling motorcycle routes, but it also includes a visit to the Oceanogràfic and a peaceful boat ride through the magical Albufera Natural Park. Culture always has a place in the tours I design with passion, and you’ll see it in every detail.
And if that’s not enough, I’ll take you to a unique flamenco show that can only be experienced in Valencia.
Seven unforgettable days, filled with everything the Region of Valencia has to offer.
I created this route so both biker couples and solo riders — men or women — can experience this amazing city and its surroundings from a truly authentic perspective.
Come ride it with me!

Boat ride through La Albufera
Boat ride on La Albufera Lake in Valencia in typical ‘albuferencas’ boats, crafted in a traditional artisanal manner. We navigate up to four nautical miles (about 7 kilometers) across the open waters of La Albufera, known as El Lluent, providing a view of its vastness and its channels, including the famous Sequiota, one of the prime fishing grounds for eels and sea bass entering from the sea. The journey allows for the observation of various species of water birds present in La Albufera during different seasons of the year. Ducks, seagulls, herons, cormorants, terns, marsh harriers—an assorted display of the rich birdlife in this wetland. From the boat, you can see the fishing spots, Les Calaes, set up in winter, as well as the old huts, typical dwellings of El Palmar, including the one where the series ‘Cañas y barro’ was filmed, based on the novel by Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez. The entire journey is thoroughly explained by the boatmen themselves, who will respond to the curiosity of those embarking with us in the best way they know. This activity is part of the motorcycle route through Valencia.”
Dinner at a charming restaurant
Dinner at a city restaurant chosen for its charm, location, decoration, or culinary offerings.
Lunch at underwater restaurant
The Submarine Restaurant at Valencia’s Oceanogràfic serves high-quality Mediterranean cuisine in a unique setting: dining surrounded by over 10,000 fish in a circular aquarium designed by Félix Candela. Lunch or dinner—reservations required for this unforgettable experience.
Mid-morning lunch typical valencian
The Valencian mid-morning meal, known as almuerzo, is a beloved local tradition in the Valencia region. It typically includes a hearty sandwich (often with sausages, omelette, or meat), served with pickles, a drink (beer, wine, or soda), and coffee. It’s not just a meal — it’s a social ritual enjoyed in bars or with friends.
Oceanografic
Discover Valencia’s Oceanogràfic with ToroBiker on an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour. Explore Europe’s largest aquarium, see marine ecosystems, visit the fish kitchen, quarantine, and animal care areas. Walk over the shark tunnel and enjoy a unique 4-5 hour adventure into the underwater world.

Valencian Paella
A globally celebrated dish from Valencia (Spain), traditionally cooked in a wide, shallow pan (paellera). Key ingredients include bomba rice, saffron, chicken, rabbit, green beans ("ferraura"), flat white beans ("garrofón"), and occasionally snails. Simmered in a rich chicken and vegetable broth, it's finished over wood fire (often orange tree wood) for a smoky touch. The perfect texture features separated grains and a crispy bottom layer (socarrat). Awarded Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) by the EU in 2022. Served at gatherings as a cultural icon.
