Clothing

Toro Biker provides a helmet, jacket, and gloves for you Always show up for the rides wearing long pants and closed shoes, preferably boots. Flip-flops and sneakers? Not your best choice When it comes to dressing for the weather, pack according to the season and how much cold you can handle. Our advice? Bring extra layers—you can always take something off if you get too hot. It’s way better to be a bit warm and peel off a layer than If you're bringing your own gear, make sure it's in good shape before hitting the road.

Welcome to the Adventure: Arrival in Valencia & First Ride

Origin Valencia
00:00:00
Destination Valencia
Día 1
Good morning – today it all begins! Plan your trip to arrive in Valencia before midday today. If you’re coming by public transport, we’ll pick you up and take you to the selected hotel so you can settle in comfortably. Once everyone’s here, we’ll head over to the Toro Biker base for the safety briefing and to hand out any equipment needed. After that, we’ll go and pick up the bikes rented for the route. And if you’re riding your own bike, trust me – collecting the bikes is always a fun moment, so come along and share it with us! With the bikes ready, we’ll enjoy a short tour around Valencia, which welcomes us with a route that blends history and modernity. We’ll visit the sturdy Quart Towers, famous for the cannonball marks they still bear from the Peninsular War, and the imposing Serranos Towers, built in the 14th century as one of the main gates to the walled city. Following the old Turia riverbed, we’ll reach the avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences, where the Oceanogràfic sets the modern rhythm of the city – an iconic landmark recognised all over the world. And when the sun goes down, we’ll sit down for dinner in a charming restaurant – without a doubt one of my favourites in the city – where the chef serves a refreshed menu that perfectly blends tradition with the most current culinary creativity. A shared table, a toast, and that very first chat between friends that already tastes like adventure. After dinner, it’s time to rest… Tomorrow, the real adventure begins. Good night!

The Ride Begins: Mountains, Hot Springs & Brotherhood

Día 2
Good morning! Today, we truly dive into the Toro Biker experience. We leave Valencia behind and launch into a day of winding curves, untamed landscapes, and that unique camaraderie you only find on two wheels. Our route takes us along roads that snake through the Alto Mijares and Sierra de Gúdar natural parks. Along the way, deep valleys, endless pine forests, and tiny villages frozen in time remind us why riding here is such a privilege. Our first big stop will be Montanejos, famous for its thermal springs that flow at 25°C all year round. Hidden among the mountains, it’s the perfect place to enjoy one of our land’s most cherished traditions: almuerzo – a proper biker’s brunch. We’ll snack on olives and nibbles while you pick your sandwich from the incredible variety the local bars always offer. Let me give you an example – one of my absolute favourites: Spanish omelette with anchovies and mayonnaise. Some prefer it with garlic aioli… but be warned, if the garlic lingers, spending the day sealed inside your helmet might not be the most exciting part of the ride! If you’re brave enough, go for it – but I’ll stick with mayo. It’s a matter of taste. Anyway, I dare you to try my choice; and don’t worry, I’ve got a new suggestion lined up for every almuerzo on this route! After our break, we’ll head down to the thermal springs by the river, set in a stunning natural canyon. No doubt, this will be one of the pictures of the day. We’ll keep riding along dreamlike, solitary roads until we reach Mora de Rubielos, a beautiful medieval village crowned by its imposing castle. There, our selected hotel awaits, and for those who wish, a relaxing spa session to recharge and get pampered after this first epic day. Tonight’s dinner is a culinary highlight: a menu built around the local truffle, a delicacy I personally can’t get enough of. Believe me, its reputation is well deserved – and I can’t wait for you to taste it! Dinner is right at the hotel restaurant, and after that, it’s time to rest. Tomorrow, the adventure continues. Good night!

SILENT ROUTE from Mora de Rubielos to Teruel

Origin Mora de Rubielos
220 km 06:00:00
Destination Teruel
Día 3
Good morning! Today is one of those days you’ll never forget: the legendary “Silent Route”. We leave Mora de Rubielos with our engines purring and, almost without noticing, we dive straight into a movie set: deep canyons, towering pines standing guard, and roads that twist and turn as if they’re daring us to conquer them. And the best part? Not a soul in sight. Just us, our bikes, and the sound of the wind. The A‑1702 is pure spectacle. Every curve is a postcard, and when we reach Venta la Pintada – a must‑see spot for any true biker – we make a quick stop to take it all in and lock the moment into memory. Then we ride on to Ejulve, land of ancient cave art and breathtaking viewpoints that make you want to pull over, take off your helmet, and simply smile. For today’s almuerzo, I’ve got a treat for you: a sandwich of local longaniza sausage with cheese and tomato, topped off with a drizzle of olive oil on fresh bread. You’re going to thank me for this one, I promise! Surrounded by towering rock formations, we pass through the famous Estrechos and come across “El Caimán” – and trust me, I’ll tell you the whole quirky story right there on the spot. Soon after, the landscape softens, and before we know it, we’re rolling into Mezquita de Jarque, where gentle hills and riverside poplars give us a breather before the grand finale. Of course, there are two must‑do photo stops today: the famous “Cabra” – the mascot of the route – and the iconic biker glove salute. No way we’re skipping those. The day ends in Teruel, where our hotel is just steps away from the iconic Plaza del Torico – that small but mighty bronze bull full of stories to tell. And to top it off, a well‑deserved dinner: hand‑carved Teruel ham, hearty mountain stews that taste like home, and if there’s still room, a proper local dessert to finish strong. After dinner, it’s time for a well‑earned rest. Tomorrow, we ride again – this adventure has only just begun. Good night!

Wheels Through Pines and Karst Wonders: Teruel to Cuenca

Origin Teruel
210 km 06:00:00
Destination Cuenca
Día 4
Good morning! Today we leave Teruel behind and dive into the mystical red landscape of the Pinares de Rodeno: dark pine forests growing on weathered sandstone, sprinkled with ancient rock art and shapes that almost seem alive. The road winds through canyons and natural viewpoints, hugging curves that awaken the soul and every biker’s instinct. Ready? Let’s go! Just outside Teruel, we enter the Serranía de Cuenca, a realm of mixed forests and karstic rocks where the valley opens before us and the wind roars in the distance. For lunch, I recommend a bocadillo of grilled pork loin with cheese and peppers that’s finger-licking good. And when I say bocadillo, I mean real bread — the kind baked like it used to be, not some sad sliced loaf sandwich… you’ll see the difference, it’s another world! Before we stop in Cuenca, we’ll visit the Enchanted Forest, where you can admire whimsical rock formations that look like they belong in a fairy tale. Some shapes require a bit of imagination to really “see” what they’re supposed to be, but whatever the case, it’s a relaxed walk perfect for stretching your legs among thousand-year-old pines. We’ll have a great time, I’m sure. And I bet this visit will give us some of the best photos of the day. When we arrive in Cuenca, the famous Hanging Houses suspended over the river welcome us — a postcard-perfect sight. Tonight we stay in a charming hotel: a restored 17th-century palace declared a Cultural Heritage Site, with staircases adapting to the hillside and incredible views over the Huécar Gorge. There are other hotels in Cuenca, but for me, this one is the most “charming” and its history gives it that “magical something” that makes it my favourite without a doubt. When night falls, we’ll enjoy a spectacular dinner at one of Cuenca’s most iconic and best-located restaurants, perched high on the mountain overlooking the old town. The dinner will surprise us with specialties like black pudding Ferrero Rocher and fried goat cheese with green pepper jam that will make your mouth water, plus a selection of fresh meats and fish to round off a perfect day. After this intense day, all that’s left is to rest and get ready to keep enjoying the route tomorrow, because it still has a lot to offer. Good night!

Día 5
We begin our return journey through rolling meadows and dramatic gorges near Cuenca: Laguna de Uña and the Ventano del Diablo provide stunning early views. The route then dives into the enigmatic Rincón de Ademuz, a lush mountainous enclave adorned with juniper and pine forests, valleys nourished by crystal-clear rivers—the Turia, Bohílgues, and Ebrón—and rustic dry-stone shelters evoking ancient times. We ride along winding roads beside ravines and irrigation canals, climbing the sinuous CV‑478 through bridges and scenic viewpoints, pausing at hilltop hermitages and medieval castles. We reach Valencia with our spirits cleansed by the purity of mountains and flowing water.

Día 6
On this penultimate day, we set out from Valencia on a circular ride through the lushest corners of the province. From Olocau, we weave our way through the Calderona mountains, gliding past pine forests, ravines, and stunning viewpoints until we reach Segorbe. The road gets even more thrilling as we ride into the valleys of Aín and Eslida—hidden gems of the Sierra de Espadán, where every turn feels like a gift for the true rider. We arrive in Chulilla for lunch, surrounded by deep gorges and towering cliffs in the heart of untamed nature. In the afternoon, we return to Valencia to crown the day with a unique experience: a visit to the Oceanogràfic and a farewell dinner in its iconic underwater restaurant. A magical ending to an unforgettable tour.

The Grand Finale: Paella, Memories and a Biker’s Farewell

Origin Valencia
150 km 06:00:00
Destination Valencia
Día 7
Our final day is nothing short of spectacular. We leave Valencia and ride into the wild inland, cruising through rugged terrain toward Dos Aguas and then on to Bicorp, where a well-earned biker’s brunch awaits—along with laughter and stories. With our energy restored, we ride south across solitary sierras until we reach El Palmar, nestled in the Albufera Natural Park. Here we enjoy the perfect farewell: a traditional Valencian Paella, simmered slowly beside the tranquil waters and fishermen’s boats. The setting, the flavor, the moment—everything comes together to etch this experience into memory. We return to Valencia, return the bikes, and begin our journey home—with hearts full of emotion. We’ve ridden hundreds of kilometers together, but the memories go even further: new friendships, timeless landscapes, and the spirit of Toro Biker burning bright. Until the next adventure.
