FAQ

We’re here to answer your most common inquiries!!

Our routes are designed under the concept of ‘All-inclusive,’ meaning that everything essential you need for the journey is included in the price: the necessary fuel for all the routes, lunches, dinners, and if applicable, dinners and hotels.

What is included (unless expressly indicated by the route) are motorcycle accessories such as the helmet, gloves, jacket

Alcoholic beverages are not included in any case (unless specified in the menus of each route), nor are tips in case you wish to give them, or purchases of souvenirs or any other acquisitions you may want to make outside of the established arrangements.

We provide a detailed list in all routes specifying the items that are included and those that are not. If you have any questions after reading it, feel free to contact us.

We will pick you up from the airport, the hotel where you are staying, or any location you specify in the city from which the route departs. We will then take you, at the scheduled time, to the ‘Toro Biker Base Camp,’ where your experience will begin with a briefing from the route leader for the entire group.

At the end of your route, regardless of its duration, we will take you back to the same point where we initially picked you up.

If a motorcycle is rented or included in the contracted tour, it is necessary to have a large displacement motorcycle driving license, valid at least six months before the date of the trip. You will need a passport with at least six months validity before the travel date and if your country of origin requires a Visa to travel to Spain, you must have the documentation in order.

It is essential to have medical insurance that covers this type of activity, personal accidents, medical expenses, and repatriation. If you don’t have one, we can help you arrange it.

By default, all accommodations are double rooms (unless specified or requested otherwise). If you wish to have a single room, there will be an additional cost, and we need you to inform us within the required time frame.

If we cancel the tour for any reason, we will offer you the possibility to reschedule it for another date, exchange it for another tour, or provide a full refund without any cost.

If, for any reason, you wish to transfer your reservation to another person, you can do so. It should be done at least 20 days before the tour departure, and there is no additional cost involved.

It is always the most recommended option since you are familiar with your own motorcycle, but we know that this is not always possible. In our tours we not include the motorcycle, they are motorcycles of our property, news or with few kms. Motorcycle rental not is included by default in the tour prices.

It depends on the route, but in most cases, it is unlikely to exceed 300 kilometers daily. Our philosophy is that the motorcycle serves as a means to facilitate a series of experiences around it, but we also believe in balancing the journey so that we don’t exhaust ourselves and feel too tired to enjoy other activities.

In most of the hotels we visit, private parking is available for motorcycles. In cases where private parking is not available, we always arrange for public parking to store the motorcycles securely. In some countries, we even provide additional security measures with private guards.

We will provide you with all this information in detail when you make the reservation. It is usually recommended to bring at least two pairs of gloves, one for summer and another for colder weather. It’s also advisable to have thermal clothing, even in warm destinations, as weather conditions can be unpredictable.

In most tours lasting more than 3 days, we have a support van available, starting with 6 participants. In these cases, you don’t need to worry about anything, as the van has ample storage capacity. If that’s not the case, you can carry whatever you can fit on your motorcycle.

Minors can travel on a motorcycle in Spain, accompanied by their father, mother, or legal guardian, as long as they are 12 years old and their behavior is appropriate at all times.

Each trip is a unique experience and one of our goals is to ensure that everyone feels comfortable from start to finish, to make new friends, and to promote camaraderie. Unfortunately, there are situations that we do not tolerate, and that may result in expulsion from the tour.

Here are some restrictions that apply:

  • If a person is under the influence of prohibited substances.
  • If a person consumes alcohol while riding.
  • If a person is undergoing pharmacological treatment that impairs their ability to ride a motorcycle or if the medication may affect other participants on the trip.
  • If a person displays aggressive behavior.
  • If a person behaves inappropriately towards other travel companions or staff members.
  • If a person engages in unsafe riding behavior that poses a risk to other participants.
  • If a person disregards safety rules and guidelines.

We take these matters seriously to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants on the tour.
